Mon, 26, Oct - Via del NewLit — Opening Night — benefit dinner at Via del Corso, Berkeley. Featuring delightful food courtesy of Chef Peter Chastain at Via del Corso, Berkeley; JCO Prize Winner Erika Krouse; the world premiere of the new NewLit short documentary.

Sat, 31 Oct - An Afternoon at Orinda Books Start off Halloween with Erika at our neighborhood bookstore. Open to the public.

Sun, 1 Nov - RISING ROADSHOW - Join in the fun as NewLit celebrates 2026 JCO Prize Winner Erika Krouse. DJ Wonway Posibul will be spinning for the evening in a program with delectable food & wine. Festivities take place at the Soda Center, Saint Mary’s College of California, beginning at 4pm on Sunday, 1 Nov 2026. Support arts education and have fun doing it.
